Microsoft SharePoint

Delivered a successful MS SharePoint implementation on budget and ahead of schedule following the Project Management Institute methodology:

• Initiating the Project with a Project Charter: a clear overview of the background, scope, objectives, Return on Investment (ROI) and communication plan
• Issuing the Project Plan: task lists, resources, cost and quality assurance
• Purchasing the equipment; evaluation and negotiation
• Installation, configuration and customization
• Analysis of each of the 14 departments including: Finance, Legal, HR, & IT
• Design of departmental portals specifically tailored to their needs and processes
• Conducted departmental training with exercises relevant to each department
• Staggered launch of departmental portals ahead of schedule having harbored friendly competition between departments

ERP System

Implemented Sage Line 500 and upgraded it to a newer version; migrating all data and customizations. The integrated modules are for Finance and Distribution.

HR Portal

Developed web-based Portal application for Human Resources (HR), using ASP.NET providing services to all employees: pay slips, salaries, interactive contact directory, vacation requests, loans, traveling and update of personal records.
